We are thinking of buying a holiday home in the Benalmádena area.We would like to know of any annual standard charges that would apply to us. The budget is around €150,000

You will pay about €400 per quarter for communidades, electric about€80 per month and €180 per year for basura. You are also taxed on any money that you have in the bank.
