We paid cash in yesterday via the Caixa bank ATM , but today it returns the cash we have tried to pay in .This is our first time back since Pandemic and they won’t accept information to open the Caixa bank sign over an email ,they need our mobile number I think . Would this be why ?

I cannot be 100% sure but most banks now for security reasons need a mobile number.
