We have recently bought an apartment in Benalmadena and are seeking advice on having a Spanish Will drawn up (locally is preferable) to compliment our UK Will(s). We are registard resident's.
An estimate of costs would also be much appreciated.

Our lawyer charged 200 euros each - including notary fees. The wills are then registered centrally in Madrid but there should be no extra charge.
We had our will drawn up by our excellent solicitor in Fuengirola.
There are many in the area who all speak English. Ours cost about £200 euros.
