Planning my move: I'm a baker and wondering if there is any interest or outlet for my wares?

Hi I'm moving to AEG (hopefully) in the new year and am looking for info and contacts in the area. Myself and my partner are in our mid forties, no kids or pets. I'm a baker and was wondering if there was any interest or outlet for my wares? I currently make and decorate birthday cakes from home and also make and sell pies savoury or sweet, pork pies, sausage rolls, steak pies to samosas, and large cakes to cafes sandwich shops and butchers. Quite fancy a market or similar? Let me know what you think and any contacts or tips you may have about moving to Spain are all gratefully received.
