There is a chance to purchase a decent plot of land in Alhaurin del Torre that has permission to build a nursing home on it however, as the Sol Andalusi retirement development doesn't seem to be going anywhere, perhaps a smaller sheltered accommodation complex with villas and apartments could take the place of the planned nursing home as I understand the permission can be changed. Anyone interested in the idea of a property offering sheltered accommodation/Assisted Living on a gated complex of around 50 properties are welcome to make comments here.
