Hi are there any banks that do not charge high maintenance fees , that you can use in Spain.

Trouble is we feel tied to ours (unicaja) because we pay our Spanish mortgage through them.

Can anyone recommend a skip hire company please? Preferably someone who speaks English as my Spanish is rubbish!

We have purchased a property fully furnished and need to clear it out in a couple of weeks time.

Hello.

We are in the process of finding an area in Spain to move to next year and we saw this area on A place in the sun yesterday. We were blown away with the views and the town.

We are both in our 50's and semi retired. My husband is into golf and I'm just a dabbler in most things. But we would love to know if Periana would be a great place for us to move to and would we find a busy community?
