We have a Vaillant boiler for our central heating system. It has developed a fault whereby it cuts out fairly frequently. We need someone to repair it in Monda.

I have a property in monda. It was bought as agricultural land with a finca built on it. I bought this in 1999 and have tried to get water attached to it but in vain unless I have 20,000 euros to pay someone and then with no guarantee this would happen.

Can anyone enlighten me on any experience they might have had ? I have tried so hard for so many years and all in vain. I managed to get electricity however in the legal way.
