Does Anyone Have a Telephone Number for Endesa Estepona Please?

Hello there. We made an appointment with Endesa to visit our home in Estepona last week and they didn't show up. We went back and they promised to come again but didn't. Now, we are back in the UK and I am trying to phone them to try and get another appointment on a specific date. It doesn't seem possible to ring a Spanish 800 number from the UK so I just wondered if anyone out there has a regular Spanish number for them?
