We have been looking to buy a townhouse , with a view to retiring there in about 3 years time , I’ve recently acquired an Irish passport, which I believe will help?Please correct if I’m wrong , but yearly council tax seems very low , but I have been told each town has its own judicial system, & can bill you for street repairs , etc ?? Bins/waste I believe is billed separately ?                            
Just trying to get a better understanding, of how things work in Andalucía 🤔.

Could anyone tell me if there is an outdoor gym in Villanueva del trabuco?

Thinking of buying a townhouse here , & moving over permanently in approx 3 years time, we were thinking of selling up , & retiring , using the monies from properties to live on until pensions start a few years later? We both have EU passports now , which we hoping would help in our move , but we’re a little unsure about how we would be taxed in Spain ? 
Also healthcare, what we would be entitled to ….. & if not , which would be the best route to go , to get healthcare? Thanks for any advice in advance . Ri

We are looking to buy a property in the area that needs refurbishing.  Is there any restrictions when refurbing the inside of the property? Thanks

This outdoor shower is brand new and unused. It is a bright coloured fushia colour and heats up on solar power they are on sale now at €249.   We just can’t fit in to our space.  See photos of advert with sizes etc.

También tengo un hijo veinteañero que trabaja fuera de España por ahora. ¿Qué tal el tema de Sanidad, ambulatorio?  ¿A qué hospital toca ir para especialistas? ¿Y transporte público o bla bla car a Málaga o Antequera? ¿Restricciones de agua? En fin, cualquier dato o punto de vista de quien  haya cambiado la costa por ese bonito pueblo sería de agradecer.
