Can anyone recommend: Someone to help with a dampness issue

Have dampness in walls and roof ter
usually rising damp, I'm sure you know that Spanish properties do not have damp course? (because of earthquake risk. The house would slide off the dampcourse) That is why you see the stone cladding or tiles a third of the way up the house walls, hiding the damp, not preventing it!
Be careful that you are not defrauded by companies offering solutions, research it very carefully and if possible, speak to a Spanish builder.
Where is the damp - it could be from the flat roof?
