l am looking for a builder/carpenter for a quote to take up and replace a new wooden floor, perhaps the boards underneath to, l had a flood while i was in hospital, and it has blown the floor boards, the insurance company needs a quote so need someone ASAP please can anyone help me.

I am looking for a reliable Metal Carpenter, gates railings etc, the lock on my gate is broken, needs replacing, welded assembly. Matias in the Pueblo just doesn't show clearly he doesn't want the work. He has been to look.
