How do I get rid of large household goods

Who do I contact to pick up and dispose of large household items such as fridge/ cabinets?

We just bought a hosue in a village called La Vinuela not to far from you , i as given advice from my friend who has live in Spain for 14 years, ask at the Ayuntiamento they came and lifted they entire contents of our house, and they where most helpful, I hope this helps you
