3 I know of permanently closed down, rent keeps going up, need to allow good 3months v. Quiet here, but Hudson’s just closed, v. Popular with the local brits, again landlord put rent up , electricity expensive here, but could be a gap for you here, good luck!!🤗

Better to buy your own place, so many closing down in Torrox Costa, greedy landlords want a year upfront,then put the rent up........a few for sale along the paseo........
