The health care in Spain is very good, and the staff in the medical centre here in Torrox reflect this. However, there's more of a tendency to be business-like and brisk here, compared to the UK. While everyone is kind and efficient and knowledgeable, they are not quite so hung up on how you 'feel' about stuff as the UK is. So, much is met with a shrug, in that they are more likely to say 'that's life' and just get on with it. You'll get good care and the right treatment, just not in a touchy-feely way!
