Property south of torrox pueblo

Hi Everyone,
Just joined the Torrox forum and wanted to ask a question relating to Torrox pueblo.
I have seen some properties for sale on Spanish property websites for houses in Torrox pueblo south of the A-7
motorway that dissects Torrox pueblo.The area I am looking at is from where the A-7 motorway runs through Torrox pueblo to the roundabout where the A-7207 and MA-102 roads meet.
Would anyone know if it is worth considering buying around that there or any other information of that area?.
