Exchanging UK driving licence

I an trying to book my appointment at the DGT to exchange my UK driving license but the UK is not in the drop down menu. Has anyone come across this?
Probably not caught up with the new law recently passed.........I would book the appointment anyway using another country and explain when you get there....or if that makes you nervous, use a Gestor. Antonio at MAYPA is good.
