Can anyone recommend a good English speaking dog groomer for my two westies in or near Torrox Costa

Don't know why you would need an English speaking dog groomer - you are in Spain!
The best (and by far the cheapest) dog groomer I have found in the areais Tienda Animal, Enjenio Centre. She speaks no English - why should she?
Bolo's dog groomer on Torrox Costa speaks some English - lovely person.
Use pictures and Google translate to support you and take it as an opportunity to practise your Spanish!
