Is there any possibility of me getting a job around Torrequebrada?

Hi all,
Me and my girlfriend will soon (31st Aug) be moving to Torrequebrada, after living in Arroyo de la Miel for 3 weeks. She is working at the Colegio International School there.
My question is... is there any possibility of me getting a job in the local area? I managed to get a waiters job in Arroyo, but the hours are awful and it means I would hardly ever see my gf, which seems a bit pointless us moving to Spain together if we are going to be working different times every day. I have bar and waiting experience, as well as a degree in Marine Biology. Any advice?
