Applying for NIE

so finally made an appointment for NIE at Torre del mar  ( police station) and initially told i should have made appointment at Malaga ! but getting appointment on website was a struggle and first it said only available at benalmadena 

The lady said the whole system is overloaded and causing many problems 

so is anyone else experiancing this issue ??

also check your browsers if the link on support Spain website  isnt working 

It appears that to try to get residencia temp will be a struggle and that the uk driving license exchange will just be a lost cause so dare we think that with all this delay on Brexit that a longer transition period will be created ??

i see also the issue of UK banks and expats -i will draw my pension in september 2021 -any tips on transfer across ??
