Good Morning all, asking for your valued experience and knowledge. IBI needs to be paid from pre covid what are ALL the options of this payment for non resident ? Also, does the Town Hall have copy of cadastro of property .Where can I find the cadastro number of property? If so where? Also a reputable well recognised efficient Gestor please? Best

You can use Cabello.. Very good and they speak english, and are very efficient. Paloma is the sister and she has acted for various people on property transactions in Torre del Mar.

Hi Carol,
I don't know about non residents, but my IBI gets paid by direct debit. The catastro number of your property, you will find in the paperwork you have from the purchase. Mine is mentioned in the contract as well as in the plans. The office that deals with property is not the town hall, but the Registro de propriedad. Hope that helps.
