Is there a good frazeology book that would help me communicate with my Andalusian household help?

I cringe when she washes whites in cold water, uses the same mop to clean a patio and floors inside the house etc etc. She is a hard worker, but... I need to improve my knowledge of household Spanish, while all courses serve me with vocabularies of extensive Spanish family connections and other things I do not have much need of. I speak with my Spanish friends in English, but need to communicate with household and garden help in Spanish, so I need related volcabulary and frazes FIRST. I am retired, and mobility impaired so I cant take care of cleaning etc by myself, while my household help needs to work.
