Are you flying back from Malaga? If so book an antigen test at the airport now. €24.50 each. If you book you go straight in, without booking there could be a queue ( there wasn’t last Sunday). Takes a couple of minutes then you wait outside for 10 minutes until your results come through on your smart phone.  At check-in they check your results and give you a sticker. I also suggest you keep a screen shot of your vaccine certificate and your results as I couldn’t find mine on my phone. They had gone into junk mail. Made me sweat at boarding.

Just adding to Kathryn's post, you don't need a PCR test to fly back, just an antigen test which you can get at the airport.

You will need to have prebooked a PCR test for when you get back to the UK as the reference number needs to be included on your UK passenger locator form, without which you will not be allowed to board.

We stayed in our holiday home in the nearby village of Montejaque recently and asked the same question about testing in/near Ronda before we flew out, but to no avail. 

In the end, we  took the option of the airport that someone else has referred to in his stream.  As it turned out, while we flew from Malaga airport, we did not want to take the risk of turning up on the day of the flight and something going wrong so we arranged the test (pcr, but antigen will do) for 48 hours before our flight. Rather than drive to Malaga twice in 3 days, we booked Seville airport (which is roughly same distance from Ronda as Malaga) for the test, and combined it with a few hours sightseeing and some lunch in Seville.

All worked out well, and the result was emailed before we got back to Montejaque. (I notice today the small airport at Jerez is also doing the tests (marginally nearer to Ronda than Seville), which could be combined with a tour of a Bodega or two if that is your thing, or a stop off half way at the lovely town of Arcos).

No use to the original poster, but useful to anyone else googling this for answers.

 In Ronda you can go to Medicos de Ronda, 5-8 mins walk from the very centre of Ronda. 

(I think this is the address Av. Andalucía, 16, 29400 Ronda)

It cost €30 for an antigen test - results in 30 mins.  PCR tests are available, and take longer (I believe at least 12hrs, could be longer).  Pick up results in person after 30mins, and collect Certificate for travel.

I walked in with no appointment and within 20 minutes had my test done - I think this was the same for everyone else there.

If looking well in advance there are many services which you order before leaving UK and bring the self test with you and upload results using smart phone(e.g. take a pic of result alongside you passport) and they supply a doctor verified certificate within an hour or so.  This would have been more convenient for me as I wouldn't have had to visit the clinic.
