I there public transport to Mirador de Ronda?

We will have just under 24 hours in Ronda, and would like to cover most of the historic sites by foot. However, to get to Mirador de Ronda, the route by foot looks rather long (over 3 km). I am wondering if there is a bus one can catch that takes you to the Mirador, where to catch it, and how much it will cost?
