The Apartment is not for me but my tenant as his contract ends on 31 December. He is a hard working person and pays regularly by bank transfer every month. My place is in the Lorcrimar urbinization not far from the Port. He would prefer an Apartment Long Term, there or within a few kilometres. up to €1100 a month.
