Non Lucrative Visa Income requirements

Hi, can I include UK property rental income as part of my income requirements to gain a non Lucrative Visa.

If you can prove it I would think yes, but suggest you get a good financial adviser, you can get 'free advice'. However, don't forget as a tax resident in Spain, they will view any UK property as an asset. (Their tax years runs from 1st January, note the tax free allowance is much lower than UK)

Many thanks for the response, we will be very close to the requirement with British Army pension but may need this income to get us over the line.
