We are a group of people coming over in September and staying in Marbella for 5 nights. We have been before and know the bars and restuarants on the front but would be very grateful for any recommendations within walking distance of the beach where we are staying.

There are loads, the best one will always be those with the most Spanish people in them.

Thanks David. Fortunateley Marbella is not like P Banus so most have Spanish in them, I was really looking for the hidden jewels, tucked away from the main streets.

Lol I'm sure you will find many, Spain is full of hidden jewels , easy to spot very busy and full of Spanish. One interesting thing here, some of the best eating places can sometimes appear a little tacky on the outside, but the 'Spanish know their food' & fill up fast, most of the best places family run. Also some of the cheapest do the best local food. Good luck. .

Just a thought, if good traditoinal Spanish food, how about booking space for 16 in a Chiringuito most are excellent and reviews listed in link. .
