i found a smartphone Today 17th December 2016 at approximatly 9:30PM in bus station " Montebello" Near LIDL marbella
(Direction to centro)

Have you tried phoning one of the numbers on the phone and asking them to contact the owner of the phone. They may have an email address for them.
