Job vacancy: Call Centre Representative
You will be responsible for looking after an existing membership of elderly and vulnerable people throughout Spain. Our members depend on us 24hrs a day, 365 days per year, so we need people that care and have empathy for our member's needs.
We are opening our new office from March 2022 based in Marbella and need people to join our new team. Full training will be provided.
You must be:
· Speak English & Spanish to a high level.
· Experience in handling incoming & outgoing calls.
· Excellent customer services skills.
· Strong communication, both written and verbal.
· Great active listening skills.
· A patient and empathetic attitude.
· Strong time management and organizational skills.
