Covid 19 PCR tests in Marbella for purpose of Flights out of Spain

Hi,
I am in Marbella, and I am returning to Ireland on 8th of February.
Ireland now requires that all passengers entering the country need to have a Negative Covid 19 PCR test from within 72 hours prior to arrival.
I am flying after lunch on a Monday, So I would need to get the test on Friday or Saturday,
does anybody know where in Marbella it is possible to take a test and get emailed results over the weekend ?
