TV and UK channels

Hi all. I’m new so please be gentle LOL. 

I’ve just bought an apartment in central Fuengirola for long breaks and need to furnish it with a TV etc. 

I have a large satellite dish on the terrace and amazingly fast wifi. So just the 2 questions. 

Where can I buy a decent large flat screen TV? Will they deliver?  The second question is what English TV channels can I get? I have Sky in England but I’ve just found out that their Sky Go doesn’t work over here, so what options have I got? Can you buy an ‘internet box’ from somewhere which will give me what I need? 

Sorry I’m sure it’s been discussed plenty of times but a quick search didn’t bring up anything obvious.
