Any ferreteria. Take the old one, or a photo of it at least, and they will give you a new one for under 10 euros. 

If you want to go further, then bricomart at the airport, or Leroy merlin over the car park from Iceland? 

Best place for stuff like that is the key and lock shop at the entrance to the market hall, which is near fuengirola rail station and the tourist info centre (the old railway station) can’t remember the road name. They have everything
