I am in a Fuengirola apartment with a balcony entrance that is 2mx2m and I would like an external recessed electrically controlled blackout blind/shutters. I thought this would be relatively simple, seeing that the area is ripe for this sort of product but, after 18 months of looking, I have been unsuccessful. Can someone point me to people who CAN fit one and avoid those that come to take measu and never come back?

Hello.
What exactly do you mean by externally recessed? If you mean that the box section of the shutter is sunk into the wall then this is far from a simple task if it is to be external and probably what is putting everybody off.
Could you be more specific? Is the space already within the wall or does it require building work, lintels etc to create said space?
