Football team coming to Fuengirola

Hi, 

My Name is Karen. I'm a regular holiday visitor to Fuengirola with my husband David.

We're both football crazy and run an under 14s football team in Cumbernauld, near Glasgow.

Last year, during our visit we had a discussion with officials at Los Boliches and Fuengirola football clubs and discussed the prospect of playing games if we brought our team over. We followed this up when we got home with emails to both clubs who replied to say that games within each facility can be arranged but it has to be booked 1 month in advance, as the playing facility has scheduled training/playing lets to various age groups, which we understand.

However, since those emails neither club has replied to any subsequent messages. We are now booked up and ready to go from the 16th to the 23rd of October. Players, parents and Coaches.

It will be devastating if the clubs don't respond and we'd be be really disappointed as the trip was booked on the back of positive discussion.

Would it be possible for someone local on this forum, maybe someone who has contact with the clubs, to help mediate between us and the clubs and ensure we can have the games arranged for us coming over.

It is our intention (my husband and myself) to visit Fuengirla in advance of the trip to hopefully get things organised and in place prior to October but any help from a football mad local would be really appreciated.
