Patio repointing cement job

I am an owner of a 30 year old apartment in Torreblanca over the many years the patio has become loose and weathered .
Here in the UK we can buy a self leveling concrete compound is there anyone who can let me know if I can buy it and where ?
Also does anyone want to help apply this as I'm a 63 year old with a disability so desperately need some help will pay for the materials and time in Spain from September 11th 17 days can you inbox me with details thank you
