Advice on opening a Takeaway restaurant please?

Hi Folks,
We're considering moving to Spain, possibly Fuengirola. Our aim would be to open a British Chinese takeaway, restaurant with fusion, other Asian dishes.
There's a few possible places for sale. We just don't know the area, if there is a concentration of British expats.
Any advice on area would be most welcome. Thanks.
By the way this is not just an idea we have did this before, much further from Home and thoroughly enjoyed it. Spain kinda fits the bill for us it's finding the right location to do this.
