Found: Domesticated Parakeet in Fuengirola

Hi,
A domesticated parakeet has turned up on my balcony (a week ago). I live in Fuengirola. I have tried to locate the owner without success. He flies off when it starts to get dark then back on my balcony first light. He is a loverly bird but unfortunately I am not in a position to keep him. However, I would like to find him a loving and caring home for him (preferably someone with first hand experience of parakeets. It's the least I can do.
