Has there been any update about exchanging u.k. licensing to spanish without having to retest ?

Only news might they extend for those who put in for the swap before Dec 2020. For those like me who did not, nothing yet, latest news on this below. Meanwhile I can no longer drive here & Spanish cannot sell us Brits cars, which is madness! They have swap deals with some countries which includes Ukraine & Turkey,, however, they have a customs union deal EU, the UK may as well be US India or Australia now.

UK government data shows that agreements have been made now with all states other than Italy and Spain, where UK licence holders may need to take national driving tests.
