Can anyone advise, i need to upload information to Santander bank. They ask for proof of earnings and copy of new passport. I have online banking but this does not allow as far as i can see. Hard to get anybody from Santander to discuss. Any ideas?

You can do this on line on your lap top. Works better for some reason than by the app.
You need to log on then go through to the personal area, then scroll to taxations.
You can also upload your passport too.
Another way is to email your branch.
Be aware though, once your new passport details have been uploaded and accepted your app will be updated, so you then input your new details and the passcode remains the same.

Hi unfortunately you have to go into the bank. They wanted a copy of our new passport and wouldn't accept any transfers of funds until we updated it. I had to get our Solicitir to go in and speak to them vouching for us as customers. We then went in when we went out on our next holiday. My husband did say though there is a section on the app whete you may be able to upload. I know how you feel they didn't answer the phone to us either!!

You can email the bank with your new passport details uploaded. The email address is a number of the branch followed by @gruposantander.es

Thanks for the help Barry. I actually rang Madrid and the lady gave me that email address for the passport. You can also send salary details but its a different address. You must also fill out a fioc form which can be done on the Santander app. Its to do with money laundering and how you earn a living. Think im almost there.
