I agree with Gunny, chuck it. I had two Samsungs but when Samsung stopped making laptops to concentrate on Tablets and Phones, they just left us lapgtop buyers with no back up, no updates, it was all downhill from then! I use a Dell now, great customer care, very reasonable maintenance cover.
