Socialising in Elviria

Hi, we are thinking of moving  to Elviria from the UK and wondered if there are any social groups we could join to make friends.

We don't play golf although my husband  may be interested if we move and are looking to join social groups suitable for our age which is 62/64. We have recently retired and Elviria looks like a lovely area but we are concerned it could be difficult to make friends at our age.

Any help or information will be appreciated.

I don't think you will have a problem 'making friends', but you might have with the bureaucracy, taxes and being able to drive until Spain and UK do a deal to swap your driving licence.

Hi Clare

I can not find any Social Groups in Elvira for you. It is too smaller place to socialize.Local bars have weekly quiz nights etc but these areas  are very quiet in  the Winter months . Marbella is bigger and you might find a couple of clubs there that would interest you. Try asking on Elvira or Marbella Facebook Pages to assist you in you enquiry.

Hi

Elvira and its surroundings are a wonderful region to live or spend time

We bought in la mariana but spend many hours around elvira.

Unfortunately we do not live there at present but visit frequently.

We will be there from 2/1/22  for at least 2 weeks.

Any time our dates match we would be fine to have a drink....

Age 62
