TV reception

Help ! I have a magibox and my TV reception is very variable - freezing, stuttering etc. It is through the wifi. Is it the box system or the wifi ?
Any suggestions for a more reliable service ?

I'm sure will be the WIFI - not the box. It might improve with an Ethernet cable connection to the Modem/Router. If WIFI only check the speed, close to box with smart phone (On WIFI), speed check. Ideally you need about 50Mbps min 25Mbps, the freezing will be it buffering.
Try completely shutting down the router and your box at the socket to clear the cache which may help. I was told to do this every week
