We are looking for some recommendations for a good lawyer to assist with our non-lucrative visas. Can anyone please recommend an honest, expedient and good one for the Costa Del Sol area.

Hello,

My husband and I came to Marbella 2 years ago and used "Bocanegra". It's a great firm, not inexpensive, but if you want it done right, and they go with you to the places you need to go to get your document(s) stamped, (the Spanish love Stamping paperwork). Ours is a non-lucrative visa as well.

Good luck.

Thanks so much for your response and good to know you personally used them and had a great experience.

Note if two years ago it was more simple, while an EU citizen, also you would have had the opportunity to swap you drivers license. Something Brits can no longer do.
