Bernado Munoz in Sabinillas sells bathroom equipment but I couldn't see a free standing towel rail on their website. You could email them to ask if they sell it. http://www.mueblesbernardomunoz.com/contacto/

Otherwise I suggest Leroy Merlin in La Canada  http://www.leroymerlin.es/productos/banos.html
