Road bike hire and or gym that opens at 6am

Hello to all. I’ll be in Duquesa In August for 2 weeks and was hoping to either hire a road bike and or use a gym that’s open for 6am or there abouts. ( used one in back part of Port before, but didn’t open till 9/10am).
please could someone help by sending me some recommendations please?.
