Does anyone know of a good kennels and caters near La Paloma?  Also a good vet?

There is a sign for a vet on the A7 near Punta Chullera going towards Sotogrande from Sabinillas. I have no idea what they are like. There are several vets in the area, google 'vets near La Paloma Manilva'.
