A friend of mine has a stall at the Coin market in La Tocha mull on Sunday morning. Today is the fifth time he has been robbed there. Can´t police, knowing that there are thieves there every Sunday make their presence known by patroling there on Sunday mornings?

Hi I have not been to the Sunday market for some time. It was a good Sunday morning out and my wife and I had a stop on the way back for lunch. In all it was a good and safe place to go. But we had our car broken into twice and decided not to go again. It is a shame that the police are unable to stop this type of thing going on. People will stop going and the honest traders will lose out.

My girlfriend and I went there a couple of years ago was walking around when she said the guy behind was staring at her bag took a few left and right turns still there we turned round and stared at him he picked something up off a stall and pretended to be interested we quickly walked back to our car.Our advice is as people are regularly bumping into you leave your bag in car out of sight or hotel put money /passport /telephand cards in front pocket

Did you report it to the police? If not they won´t do anything if they don´t know about it.

Yes it was reported twice but no action was taken. l do not have any faith in the police as in Alora over the past years many houses have been broken into but as far as l know no arrest have been made.
