Can anyone recommend a handyman to unfit and refit a pet guard in a car?

My dog is strong! A neighbour kindly fitted a pet guard in a car for our very strong 27 kg dog who bent the guard! I have bought a replacement and need the new guard fitted. I plan to give him more space and fold down the rear seats so it fixes onto headrests. Can anyone help by recommend please?
