Bringing my MPV from the UK

I have a job in Gibraltar and in 3 months will be driving their to live for the first couple of months, until the lawyers can work out what needs to happen for me to come and live in Casares and still be employed in Gibraltar - apparently my new company's lawyers and our lawyers we are in touch with, are saying due to Brexit and Covid this is the first case they have dealt with. Pre Brexit people are fine and can continue as is...So we have that hurdle to work through, meaning I will stay in Gibraltar until this is resolved. My question is, I have 91 days Europe cover for my MPV then need to get Spanish insurance for my vehicle (which is a Japanese right hand drive import we are converting to a little campervan) - is this just too hard to do is my question - or does it run smoothly to bring cars from the UK - can anyone advise on this please - I would be most grateful...
