Hi I'm Shane from Ireland. Really interested in moving to the village and looking at a run down property in the village. Is there much bother in getting tradesmen or is there a lot of red tape to grt through? any advice!!!! Shane

We have found that if you use a Spanish builder , they are very good quite reasonable price wise and usually have connections in the town hall which helps if you need planning etc. Only trouble is language barrier, prob need to find a local translator, if you don't know Spanish.
