We have just moved back to Spain from France and are hoping to rent in Cabopino. Where do you have to go to register for Resdencia, padron, health (SIP) and bus pass? We have NIE's and old SIP numbers when we lived in Torrevieja 6 years ago. S1 from UK is in the post.
